Still alive...

I saw the Director's Cut. Own the DVD. I've even waited the requisite amount of time before posting on this, so I hope my opinion counts too.

If you like it, you're not simple-minded, or sheep, or whatever else might be thrown around...you just don't agree with me. I will admit though, that after watching it, I definitely thought it was better than the original.

...But it's like how getting kicked in the groin is better than getting your throat slit. There's still room for improvement. I'd love to see an actual good movie helmed by a competent crew that actually gave a damn instead of having to settle for the lesser of two evils. Just because a movie ties up some loose ends and has a few cute redeeming moments doesn't mean it'll win me over.

And I'm pissed about it to this day.

(...Gone are the days when I didn't work...I would totally write a State of the Board post. Talk about Hall of Fame...)

It's kind of the equivalent of Star Wars ep. I without Jar Jar.

The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.
