From the preview pages at newsarama:
Danny Rand: "Hey, uh.. hello? Matt?"
"Sorry to just walk in, the door was open..."
Matt: "Danny?"
I hope that this is later explained with Master Izo emitting a strong odor interfering with Matt's heightened senses, because I cannot otherwise explain Matt noticing a person only after said person enters inside the room he's in and speaks... |

| Lol you gotta admit that's somewhat inconsistent with him being able to tell what Danny had eaten (and how many minutes before) back in Bendis' run. |

Very true. But then again, that was one of the things that bugged me about the Bendis run (i.e. him saying that Danny had eaten noodles 76 minutes prior to their encounter was a little too accurate).
