This cross over or whatever it is is terrible right?

These things are trickling onto Marvel Unlimited and the first issues of Bullseye, Kingpin and Elektra are awful. The last two are just unbelievably out of character. Plus, the tonne is very weird. Things go from bubbly art and light hearted jokes to super violence at the turn of a page.

As a kid there was nothing I wanted more than a Daredevil themed cross over or event. After Shadowland and this all I want is for him to be left alone.

I didn't like Elektra, but I disagree about the other two. Bullseye petered out, but the first issue was a ton of fun, and Kingpin was great throughout.

I've only read the first issue but I don't know if I can take the folksy, charming Kingpin. Seems like a completely different character.

I dropped Bullseye after one issue. I just didn't like it. I kept up with Elektra, but I wish I hadn't. It's not good.

I really enjoyed Kingpin. I think the point of it is to toy with the reader's feelings. Is it possible that the Kingpin is now on the straight and narrow? It can't be... but could it? That's a series I actually wished continued.

I think all three sucked, especially the Bullseye title where he's basically turned into "Bullseye-god" with insane amounts of plot armour. Also, I dislike when Bullseye is portrayed as killing people left and right for the heck of it.
He could surely kill some bystanders out of boredom from time to time, but there's no way he'd kill dozens of people in the middle of new york or at an airport. He might be willing to, from a moral point of view, but he'd attract unnecessary attention from the whole superhero community, and that's not something he'd want. Heck, Bullseye is more or less aware that Daredevil could go after him and kill his ass if he's having a bad day.

You're right. Bullseye would never kill dozens of people in New York city in, say Times Square, or anything like that.

No, unless special circumstances are involved, he wouldn't. Like, say, something inside his head driving him crazy with hallucinations.

Yeah, see, that's the thing. When Bullseye is written right (gang war, some of the stuff in the 90s) he's not just some lunatic - he's a skilled, professional killer....who is nuts. There's a difference.
