Got to love the graphic album format. I wish Marvel would return to this size. It's been getting a revival of sorts with other publishers bringing the European stories overseas to the NA audience.
This is a good story, but really this is an essential art book. I have given this to non-comic book readers with success.
Reading End of Days has me itching to go back soon and read this again.

This graphic novel raised Bill Sienkiewicz up amongst the most legendary artists ever to work in sequential art. Truly game-changing work here.

But I ranked this book a four. As lovely as the depiction of Kingpin is here, I really don't feel like Daredevil or Matt really made any impact on the course of events. But the art must be seen.

I read this GN for the first time recently and really enjoyed it. Miller tells a story that could have easily been within the main title yet the GN format lets Sienkiewicz spread his artistic wings. Loved his depiction of Kingpin.

Terrific book, 4 out of 5.

it has some nice art, and the narrative is engaging.
