I thought it was worth highlighting the description of the Miller/Simonson issue of Daredevil that would have teamed up with Doctor Strange. In the past I pretty much knew three things:
1) Walt Simonson was drawing it
2) It involved Doctor Strange
3) A script existed somewhere.

So I'm glad this link was posted giving at least some idea what was going on

I guess it shouldn't be shocking that it was dark, but it was a lot darker than I thought it would be. There was a nice horror vibe that I think would have worked well. Also, while I don't know where it would have ended, it feels like it could have fit in well with what followed, arguably foreshadowing Beer with a Devil in some form. It also seems clear that Maggie was intended to be a more regular character, which makes sense. It's a shame she wasn't used very often after that.

A lot of it depended on what part two would have done. I would have loved to see this story finished. I also hope there's some change of this script being published in a future work, such as the Daredevil Epic Collection that includes Born Again, but I'm sure it probably won't be.

Anyway, just wanted to say thank you to Kuljit Mithra for sharing.

Yeah, thanks Kuljit for sharing that. I don't know if Simonson one day would be willing to answer some of your questions about it. Hell, someday I hope you get to talk to Frank Miller!
