Now that Matt is a lawyer again, what kind of legal cases should he take up? |

Uhm...any cases? I mean, Matt probably helps as many people as he can. Not to mention Foggy and Becky in the mix too. There's nothing wrong with taking any cases |

Trials regarding drug dealings. Murders. that kind of things.
But actually, of all the elements present in the DD comics, what Matt does in his professional life doesn't particularly interest me. |

I like seeing Matt taking cases. I think that Brubaker could strongly take over both Matt as a superhero and Matt in everyday life. Matt taking cases on the side as side stories I think have always been interesting. I want to see him take on any case. |

I like the idea of Matt fighting social injustice during the day, while fighting violent crime at night. Didn't Nocenti and Bendis both place Matt in cases where he was up against giant corporations who polluted and corrupted Hell's Kitchen?
How about something along the lines of representing Danny Rand during the hostile takeover of the Rand Corp by Hydra? |

um..Sue Storm's attorney in a divorce?
Parker's case against the Bugle for slander?
--just too many things from Civil War that I can't take seriously.
Well, with the laws for hero registration coming to pass, you know SOME lawyer would have to be the one to go against the government and fight it. I realize with all that's happened in the past few months to DD that he may be a little too close to the subject, but it would make some degree of sense. After all, the government has had to drop their case against him for being DD at a time that fits conveniently into the rest of the Marvel landscape. |

Why not? If he also gets to bang her, it would be intriguing. |

Well, Matt's responsible for the Punisher breaking out of prison. If the Punisher is brought up on charges for murder, I'd like to see Matt confront that moral dilemma. |
