That was a good catch on MechanicalClavicles' part! It'll be fun to see how that prophesy is fulfilled (or not).
The same page could be used to foreshadow End of Days, too, since Matt foretells his own future: "Because I've come to grips with the fact...that there's a really good chance that I'll die before I get to do what I set out to do." _________________ Alice

From issue 506's letters page:
"Readers, if everything fell right on the calendar, this issue has come out on April 14, 2010. And that means in two short days, Marvel will be announcing some major Daredevil-related news at C2E2, a big convention in Chicago. So if you can't make it to the Windy City to hear the announcement firsthand, make sure and take your web browser over to MARVEL.COM on April 16 to read what all the excitement is about." _________________ Kuljit Mithra

Hey, all! Take a look towards the bottom left caption on this recap page for ASM #628. It may be nothing since no new information is necessarily offered, but I thought it was a pretty cool nod to recent developments in Daredevil. Could it be referring to a certain underground stucture being built at DD's behest? |

IGN posted some info from the Diamond Retailer Summit, and included was a promo piece of "Enter Shadowland" by... Andy Diggle and Billy Tan. So finally, some official confirmation of the creative team, even though we all suspected it.
More news tonight at C2E2!

As promised, here's a new interview with Andy Diggle at CBR conducted by Dave Richards:
'With all the hardship Matt Murdock has been through in his life, why didn't he end up a bad guy?' And I think that question really gets to the core of Matt Murdock as a human being. Why didn't he become a bad guy? So I thought it would be really interesting to explore that question, and see what would happen if you pushed him. Tempted him."

Just a quick fact sheet:
SHADOWLAND is its own separate 5 issue mini series. DAREDEVIL will continue to be published at the same time.
SHADOWLAND will be written by Andy Diggle and drawn by Billy Tan.
DAREDEVIL will be written by Diggle and Antony Johnston w/ art by Roberto De La Torre (arc will be titled "In the Shadows" and run from DAREDEVIL
#508-#511)
There will also be several one-shots and mini-series based on characters in SHADOWLAND (with unannounced titles and creative teams). _________________ Kuljit Mithra

That looks rather painful for Spider-Man. |
