hey fellow Daredevil fans..
I'm just checking in..getting my 'horns' wet again so to speak.
I've been a long time member here..rarely post but read all the great comments by others...
However..I feel I must add my voice to the waid run...I'm done.
I've loved..read..collected Daredevil off and on since I was 7yrs old..43yrs of this great character..I loved the miller run..Born Again in my opinion is the greatest example of how to use the comic medium..
I missed most of the 90s but I came back in time for the marvelous bendis maleev run..brubaker etc..I've bought read all the waid run..till now..this is not Matt Murdock..this is simply trash story telling..I'll never quit DD..I love the Netflix shows..and I'll be back buying the books as soon as waid high tails it outta there..
peace to all and I really appreciate his great website..thanks so much for giving this to the fans..

Technically off topic, but what issue is Waid's last issue and when does it come out?
I'm trying to figure out if I can catch up to present by the time it happens.

Waid, Samnee, Wilson and Caramagna are leaving the book with DAREDEVIL #18. If the current schedule stays monthly, that will be in August.
No word yet if we're getting a new team with issue #19, or a new team with issue #1 coming out of Secret Wars.

Any idea when Secret Wars is going to end? Has it started? I'm really not following it beyond that there's an assumed reboot.

Well, for me, I've been a fairly recent comic book reader and started with old stuff and moved forward. Given that, I haven't even started Waid's run (if it weren't for the absurdity of that suit, I probably wouldn't have posted in this thread). That gives me a good reason to skip out on the whole Secret Wars thing for now. But, for the most part, I've only heard rumor.

| Chris Samnee confirmed on his twitter tha 18 will be their last issue.It also makes sense because that's a month before Seret Wars wraps up if I remember correctly. |

So, I did my own research and found that issue #15 is supposed to release on April 29th. However, in doing that research I also saw that Matt is still in the ridiculous suit get up on the cover of issue #17. So this farce is really going to last more than one issue?!?!?!
