Issue Summary

Matt visits with Mr. Hyde in prison, and he shows Hyde pictures of Angela Parish, the girl found dead in the factory from #353. Hyde admits to knowing the girl, but flatly denies killing her. Hyde had bought the factory complex from Harry Osborne. His heartrate does not speed up, so Matt is puzzled, because that means Hyde is maybe telling the truth.
Later on, back at the offices of Nelson and Murdock, Foggy and Karen are packing up for the move to the new offices. Karen discusses things about Foggy's relationship with 'Razor' Sharpe, and we get some clue that 'Razor' has known Foggy for a very long time. Also, Foggy asks Karen how the job hunting is going, and after a long pause, Karen admits she has an audition later on that night. But she doesn't want Matt to know about it. At that instant, Matt comes storming into the office, cursing about the fact he has to defend Mr.Hyde. After some serious discussions about justice and crimes, Liz Osbourne shows up at the office and leaves with Foggy to go and 'buy office furniture'.
Soon thereafter, Matt dons his DD costume and tries to unwind. He keeps wondering to himself if Hyde is really telling the truth or not. However, DD comes across a fire in Hyde's warehouse where Angela Parish was found, and goes to help out the fire department. Once there, the fires seem to take on the shape of a dragon and the fire is not really behaving like a real 'fire'. DD suspects that Pyro is behind it, and sure enough Pyro appears, and we get our slugfest for the issue. In the midst of the fight, DD learns that Pyro is dying of the Legacy virus. Also, while Pyro is down, DD asks why Hyde wanted the factory to be destroyed. Pyro looks at DD and laughs at him. He tells DD that Hyde didn't hire him! Pyro unleashes a fire bolt that brings the building down. DD manages to escape, and possibly, so does Pyro.
DD comes home, and finds Karen is not there. Then he goes to the office, and finds it empty. So he travels to the new offices and finds Foggy is there with Ms.Sharpe. Matt gets out of costume and seems to interrupt a conversation between Sharpe and Nelson. Matt is fuming and tells them both that Daredevil told him there was a fire and he found out that Hyde did not kill Angela Parish. Matt believes Hyde deserves to rot in jail, but not for this crime. So Matt will defend Hyde. And he'll do everything in his power to set him free...
