| i missed the decalogue story arc first time around and am reading it now. Why does Bullet show up dressed so ridiculously in part 1 (DD #71)? Did he become a pimp since the last time he showed up way back during DD vol. 1??? |

Well, probably they wanted to show him as one who wanted to play the "though guy". One whom you can call to "fix the situation".
The way he was dressed made the arse-kicking he got from DD even more deserved. |
