Yes, ladies and gentlemen. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am the great Mephisto. Over the years I have done many things. I've battled great beings like the Silver Sufer and Thor. I manipulated Thanos when he went mad with power. I created creatures like Ghost Rider and, my son, Blackheart. I even got Joe Quesada his current gig. I would break up one of his relationships if I could. Joe just has to get a girlfriend first! (I think we have a better chance of seeing Target #2). Oh, yeah, and I didn't like Spiderman's and that hot, Mary Jane's, "happiness" so I broke them up. Seriously, gag me with a pitchfork. All kisses and hugs! God how I hated that! I mean, Mephisto, me, how I hated that!!! Now, Murdock and Elektra! Now that's a relationship I can dig!

Anyway, I want you to know that this breaking up stuff isn't the first time I've done this. Who do you think separated Donald Trump and Rosie! Those damn love birds! Liza Minnelli and David Gest? That' right. Me!!! Paul McCartney and Heather? That's right, boys and girls. I also separted Kevin Smith and his blow up doll. Not for any lovey dovey reason, I just thought that was gross. By the way, I only separate celebrities and superheros. I won't bother with you if you are a "nobody".

Well, anyway, if you are famous, or just love wearing tights, I am now offering a divorce service for only three installments of $19.99. Also, I will also take suggestions from you "nobodys" on who to break up. Brad and Angelina? What do you say folks (oops, I'm in Texas)??

Who would you like to see separated???

------------------------------------------------------
Mephisto

Why can't you see the toasty side??
Why aren't you burning?

p.s. I will now release this fool that posts as rgj. Hey, I may be all powerful, but if you don't register with KM, you can't post here.

Yours truly, Mephisto!!!

(seriously, my portrayal in that Ghost Rider movie sucked.)

I'd like to see T'Challa and Storm divorced.
I hate both of them.

Thank you.

Agreed. I hate to use words like "stupid," but let's just say that I have no idea what they were thinking with that marriage. And are they still temporary members of the FF, by the way? I have nothing against either character seperately, but their marriage should be given the Mephisto treatment right away.

I think Marvel was just so excited that they had two black characters that they just had to marry them. Joey Q must have been like "what? and they're both from Africa? why aren't they married already?".

And since we all know how "pro-marriage" Quesada is... Wink The strange thing about this, from a racial point of view though, is that by marrying two of only a handful of black characters they're not exactly doing much in the diversity department (if that is, in fact, even a concern at Marvel). By keeping them separate, they could spread the multi-ethnic goodness across many more titles. Just a thought... Is anyone actually reading Black Panther, btw? I just get the feeling that it's a pretty boring book, but I may be wrong.

As for other characters who should be divorced by Mephisto, how about Ben and Doris Urich? As much as I love their marriage, I can't help feeling that it ages Ben's character, which by extension ages Peter's character. 'Cause, seriously, how can someone as young as Peter even be near someone that old? How are the kids going to relate to that? Ben should go back to being the swinging bachelor he never was and make a move on Dakota North.

If Mephisto "divorces" Ben and Doris... He's gonna get on my bad side Twisted Evil , so Mephie-Boy, no OMD nonsense with my favourite MU middle aged couple, capeesh?

LMAO!! Laughing

I award you the OMD no-prize for that comment: it sums up the nonsense of the last few Spidey months pretty well Wink

(BTW: I'd rather have Dakota hooking with Foggy, tho'... Of course, just the living together thingie and doing a lot of wild *CENSORED* stuff, marriage would AGE THEM!)
