The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.

Okay, this is wacky, I know. But it was fun! There's this neat feature called South Park Studio, so I decided to make a couple of characters and give them a little make-over. Matt wasn't too hard, whereas DD required quite a bit of tweaking. The font is from a different source. To those who think this means I have too much time on my hands, you're wrong. I just don't have the self-discipline to do actual work. Wink

LOL! XD
Very nice! DD and Matt, South Park version. Good work, Chris! Dig the sunglasses!

Your version of Daredevil looks a tad constipated.

Easy, boy, don't push so hard - you're going to hurt yourself!

Thanks guys!

The basics for doing this is very simple, since that application lets you pick and choose different features. All I had to do was make a costume for DD, a billy club and a white cane (and fiddle with the hand holding each). For some strange reason, neither of those come as a preset option... I also made Matt's eyes a little opaque, and changed the characters' skin color, but those were easy fixes.

With the lack of humor in the actual book lately, I thought we could use a smile. Wink

Through clenched teeth: "I'm not constipated. I'm just. So. Incredibly. Frustrated. Argh!" *runs off to deliberately punch a brick wall with his fist*

Well, Gloria... I was going to wait to tell you this, but... not only did Matt not kill Foggy, I actually have a Foggy character on my computer as well. And one for Dakota. I'll wait to put them up until I can figure out how to do a good Becky (thinking of finding some picture of Timmy! somewhere and use his wheels as a prototype). I'm crazy, I know... Shocked

Here's a gift for Gloria! I'm sorry about the bowtie (which unfortunately looks like a piece of wrapped candy but I'm no Photoshop pro just yet), but I had to be a little stereotypical so that he'd be recognizable as himself. The hair was a compromise between curlier versions and later versions where it just looks thick and nice (great hair Foggy!). Of course, we can see that he's just woken up after sleeping on the couch.

Don't worry about the bowtie... it's not a plaid one, so great for me. Yes, Foggy sure goes to a nifty barber: he usually sports nice crops.

My only criticism is that Foggy's nights at the office are characterized by a virile growth of facial hair (I imagine that's why he uses the old-style blades: to cut through the jungle like machetes) and he looks quiet clean-shaven here (but never mind my nitpicking: this is great!)

Now I'm waiting for the "Foggy after a night in the office with Dakota" version.

(Nobody see second intentions in that one: of course, I assume they spent the night WORKING, just WORKING Razz )

Can't wait for the Becky and Dakota versions Wink

As per Gloria's request, here is a different version of Foggy...

"Working" he says... With a bottle of beer and a smile of satisfaction? I suspect Weasel just showed up and had a "boy's night" at the office with Franklin (beer, pizza, beer, playboy channel, beer, X-box, beer, poker, beer and eer.., beer!)
