I want Two Face Back. I really would rather have him as the villain than to see someone else replace Joker. How about you?

I voted for a new villain. I have Bane in mind, specifically.
Anyway you forgot to list Ra's Al-Ghul.

To be honest I didn't put Ra's Al Ghul because they pretty much killed him off in Batman Begins. I don't think they'll have him in a sequel.
And no offense but I hate Bane. I probably wouldn't even see the movie if it had Bane as the main villain.

None taken.
Certainly, Ra's al-Ghul is not exactly the type of villain who's more likely to stay dead.

I think that if Mad Hatter was a villain, it would make for an amazingly trippy movie.

If done well Poison Ivy. As long as she was not like she was in Batman and Robin.

Still I would like to see them bring back Two Face again. I'm hoping he really was not dead at the end of The Dark Knight.

I don't think she would be. The only reason she was bad in that movie was cause obviously they didn't want to keep the series going. Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze was a horrible choice.
I hope they bring Two Face back. I honestly don't think they should have had him in the movie. They should have just had him become Two Face in the next movie. It seems like they keep taking villains and putting them in movies for a short time. First it was Galactus, then Venom, now Two Face. I wonder who the next villain will be?

If Chris Nolan wants to go ahead with doing a third one, the only two villains I can see him using are Talia and Bane. Nolan has a very specific sensibility for these movies, and he really hasn't pushed the more fantastic elements in the comics. With Nolan directing, we'll never see Clayface, Mister Freeze (as Castle once pointed out), or Poison Ivy. Besides, I think with the third one, he'll once again have the chance to use at least one good villain that wasn't in the previous franchise--and a femme fatale, to boot--in the form of Talia. (The way Batman Begins ended, he had to use the Joker. He's got a clean slate going into the third one.) I think he'll want to explore as much new territory and look for ways to differentiate his Batfilms from the previous ones; for example, as much as people like Catwoman, I highly doubt we'll see her in Nolan's films. Anyway, we haven't seen Talia yet--let's see what he can do with her, I say. Plus, including the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul would provide a cool link to the first movie.

Now, I'm not a Bane fan at all. For instance, when I saw previews of the Knightfall storyline showing Bane breaking Bats' back over his knee in some exaggerated art style, I had a reaction similar to DC's announcement that they were going to kill Superman. ("Sh'yeah, right. That'll last.") But as far as really formidable Batvillains that haven't been used yet in the current movies, Bane is the only one that comes to mind. He's supposedly supersmart and his formula, with some retooling, could fit well within Nolan's Batverse. He won't be expanding to Hulklike proportions--he'll just have a build of some cast member from the American Gladiators show. And he probably won't expand much, if at all. They could just show the effects of the formula through the way he acts and the destruction he spreads. If it was anyone else but Nolan at the helm, I wouldn't want to see Bane, but I think in his capable hands, he could create a compelling, original portrayal.

About Two-Face--he's dead. Dead as a doornail. I didn't want to believe it, either. But the novelization and an interview with Aaron Eckhart confirm it. I'm actually fine that Two-Face won't be returning. Movies are different animals from never-ending comics series; directors have a limited amount of time to tell the best story they can about a villain, and I really don't believe a Two-Face sequel can match the character arc and sheer intensity featured in The Dark Knight.

Anyway, Talia and Bane are my predictions, and after thinking it over, they're who I want to see next too.

I really doubt he'd do Bain. He has said that he wants to make the villains realistic and Bain is far from that. Even if he did tone it down, he wouldn't be able to make him seem that real. Though you could argue that Two Face wasn't that real. I mean a guy gets third degree burns and somehow manages to ignore the pain. Not to mention he doesn't get drugged. They would've done that in the ambulance he was in. But nobody can get third degree burns like that and not pass out or die.
So in that respect maybe they could do Bain. But I'd honestly rather see Two Face since we only saw him for 20 minutes in TDK.
