I apologize up front for the O.T. post, but I think you'll all agree it's for a
worthy cause.
Living in an earthquake zone myself, the tragedy in Haiti is too real. Our
worst fears have come true for he people of Haiti, and they need our help.
Our guys at Wednesday's Heroes have generously donated artwork which we'll be
auctioning directly on our site. The bidding will begin this Friday, January
22nd and will last for seven days. (bidding process details tba)
In the meantime, if you have any artwork that you'd like to contribute to the
auction, please let me know. If you know an artist who'd like to contribute,
again, let me know. As pieces come in, I'll continue to update the blog with
the new art. (both Richard Cox and Joe Rubinstein have pieces coming, just
awaiting the scans!)
100% of the proceeds will go directly to Mercy Corps. Over the last five
years, they've allocated more than 89% of their resources directly to programs.
Spread the word! Link this page to your facebook or twitter account! Ask your
local comic shop to put up a notice!

Take a look at all the incredible pieces available (http://wednesdaysheroes.com/haiti-disaster-benefit-auction/), and then simply email your bids to craig@wednesdaysheroes.com.
I'll update the bidding each day. Final bids are due by 11:59pm, Friday, January 29th. Art will be shipped directly from artists. Winning bidders are responsible for shipping costs.
Remember, all the funds we raise here (up to $1000) will be matched dollar for dollar, and ALL of it will be donated to mercycorps.org.
So let's raise as much money as we can! Tell everyone you know! Post links everywhere, and let the bidding begin!
