Do you think Bullseye is dead for good? Would you want to have him back or should he stay dead?
There are pros and cons. On one hand Bullseye is one of DD's best villains, perhaps one of his most iconic. However, on the other hand, he has been pretty overexposed for the past decade and he is such an evil villain its only natural that you would want him to receive his just deserts, not just a slap on the wrist where he goes to prison just to escape a week later. Also with Bullseye dead perhaps they can focus on other DD rogues like Mr. Hyde, Bushwacker, Purple Man, etc.
I think I wouldn't be opposed to Bullseye coming back, but he should stay dead for at least a couple of years. |

He is just too good a villain to not have available. Yes, he has been overexposed, but also I think the way he has been used in recent years has been uninteresting. He is always running around with Elektra's sais and stabbing people. But in his hands anything is a deadly weapon, so he should be grabbing any harmless looking thing of the ground and killing people with it.
He'll be back. Marvel is all about stunts these days, big empty stunts, and there is no sign of it ending. (ie. Fantastic Four news) |

Yes, Bullseye has been overexposed. Too many forgettable appearences mean that him turning up again is just one big yawn now anyway. I remember him turning up in the likes of Guardian Devil and during the Bendis run when it actually meant something.
Now it might be a good idea to leave him dead for a while to try and make any kind of (inevitable) comeback meaningful. I say a good idea, although thinking about it, in a way its a bad idea to have the likes of Diggle being remembered for anything, especially the guy who killed off Bullseye.
So, I'm all for Bulls making a swift return.
My thinking of the last few years of this book is similar to my thinking of the later Chichester issues. I kind of pretend that it all never happened and its just a bad dream. I kind of works. Sometimes. |

He won't stay dead but it'd be nice if he would.
His connections to Matt are too strong to ignore though and do make for great conflict when handled correctly. But a break to focus on other potential villains would be nice. |

Yes this one of the positive aspects of Bullseye staying dead for a while. There are other villains in his rogues gallery and after being over exposed for so long. If he returns, his return will only mean something if he has been gone long enough for people to miss him, a few years at least. Meanwhile there are tons of stories you can do with existing villains like Purple Man, Mr. Hyde, Typhoid Mary, Bushwacker, etc, as well as creating some new villains.
If Geoff Johns can revamp a rogues gallery, surely someone at Marvel can. |

I am going to have to disagree here. I think that Bullseye will stay dead(Outside of gimmick zombie stories) but a slew of pretenders will try to take his place. Bullseye was a villain that the common man could aspire to. He had no powers but he could scare any super hero.
We will see many balaclavas with bullseyes embroidered in them being punched out by Spider-man, Black Panther, and Daredevil(When he returns.) But I suspect that Bullseye's body will be entombed in Avengers tower and well protected from the Hand/Necromancers because he terrifies even the Avengers.
That said Marvel doesn't know what respecting the dead is. _________________ Random Insanity since.... Ummmmm... Tuesday? |

I am a bit old fashioned, Bullseye has done his time in prison, in coma , in paralysis, Come on guys let him stay dead no more second chances. Good always wins at the end right that's why we read this things . We have other villains just as deadly that can become the next bada****. |

I really like Bullseye!! I think it's best for him to stay dead at least for some time, a year or two maybe. Then make a big DD event for his comeback, but with an awesome story otherwise it would look stupid... i think!! I definitelly don't want him dead for good!! _________________

well.... the heroes just up and left bullseye on the slabe to deal with the riots... *spoiler alert*
kingpin walks right in and takes control of the Hand with Lester right there in plain sight ready for ressurection
He'll be back eventually, hoping Marvel let's him have a few more drinks with the Devil before coming back. |

Bullseye was i believe simply in jail defeated for most of the 80s!!! That is something we should see more of in all comics. Badguys can get away to fight another day, unless they don't, and then they should be dead or in jail for a long long time. Nothing could make the stories carry more weight than long-lasting effects.
It would be amazing if he stays dead or gone for a decade. Lady Bullseye is fascinating too. The only reason I'd want to see Bullseye come back is because his origin is still unknown. Not that we need it, but it could be done. |
