Excellent interview, and a real behind the scenes look at things in a less-than-stellar environment back in the day when it seems no one knew the future of Daredevil--or Marvel Comics in general.

Great questions, and seeing the covers laid out like that, I'm not sure I ever knew about them being interlocking covers.

A really interesting interview. I returned to buying comics shortly after Volume 2 began, and I've since read how bad things were with comics in the 90s. I fear we've gotten there again. The emphasis right now is not on telling good stories, as it should always be, but on selling events. I don't see a year without a crossover event coming anytime soon. I think if Tuohy returned to comics, he would be driven crazy all over again.

Great interview, showcasing the behind-the-scenes politics that can affect a comic.

I do agree with his comment about how the 'true' Marvel died with Gruenwald. It's not corny, it's about how the magic was lost and how, even today, the magic is dwindling.
