Hello All:
Need your help - attached please find photos of what I understand to be two variant covers to DD vol3 #1. The 1st is the Paolo Rivera 2nd Ptg Issue without what I call "falling confetti". The 2nd is the standard variant 2nd Ptg Issue cover with the falling confetti. Does the 1st one exist? I have seem both in several sites including the Marvel site yet vendors tell me that the 1st does not exist, it is advertisement only. Can someone out there clarifiy this for me. Greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The second one is the actual cover. The first image was sent out when Marvel had a press release about the 2nd printing.
