Hi,
I'm in the middle of a project of designing some "art" pieces using various DD cover pages and interior pages.

I'm looking for some help on DD Issue 7, Volume 1 with the SubMariner.

I'd like to know if anyone would be interested/willing to scan the front cover and first page in as high resolution as possible and send to me via email. I'm picky in that I only want the scans if you happen to have a really really good copy of the issue with solid colors, etc.

This is one issue I can't afford unfortunately so someone's help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I have this issue but its not in the best condition and I don't have a scanner. I actually got this issue for the amazing price of $12 at my comic book shop. Apparently the owner didn't know its worth, luckily for me. Anyway, good luck on your search for the scans and sorry I couldn't help.

I can take PNG screen captures via greenshot. Not sure about the resolution, but I have that issue digitally, so it's not hard to do.

ETA: In fact, I just did 'em!

So it turns out the scans above are a significantly different color than the original comic book. The original comic book has a much darker blue front page whereas the digital copy is a light blue. As a purist, I'd like the darker version. I'm assuming the first page in digital format is not the same as the original as well.

So, my humble request still stands.
