Who do you consider part of Daredevil's rogues gallery?

Kingpin started off as a Spidey villains before he became DD's arch enemy. Mr. Hyde has fought both DD and Captain America a lot. There have 4 different Mr. Fear characters, of the two still active the third one seems like a DD villain, while the fourth one seems like a Spidey villain. Mysterio was the main villain of a major Daredevil arc, but is most known as a Spider-Man villain. Purple Man started as a Daredevil villain, but is best known for messing with Jessica Jones. Also it doesn't seem like anyone wants Stilt-Man in their rogues gallery.

Off the top of my head: Kingpin, Bullseye, Elektra, Gladiator, The Hand, Stilt-man, Purple Man, Leap Frog, Mr. Fear, Typhoid Mary, Bullet, Nuke, Bushwacker, Shotgun.

I'd definitely consider Kingpin and Mr. Hyde to be Daredevil villains, even if they're shared. Lawrence Cranston's Mr. Fear is absolutely a Daredevil villain (who is the Spidey villain?). I'd also consider Purple Man to be a DD villain even if he's shared with Jessica Jones.

Bullseye, Typhoid Mary, Gladiator, Stilt-Man, and the Hand are major recurring Daredevil villains that aren't really associated with anyone else (The Hand will appear with Wolverine on occasion, Typhoid Mary with Deadpool, but they're still most associated with Daredevil).
