So I have been re-reading Alias again and I was reminded how much that I liked Matt's appearance when he comes to Jessica's aide in the police station. Often I feel that we do not get enough of Matt the lawyer so always enjoy moments like this.
I don't read too many other series and my pull list will be getting a lot smaller as I was reading Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Defenders. All of them will be done soon except for JJ which should be picked up by another writer soon. So I'm aware I may miss other appearances that Matt is in or those in the past.
Was curious what are others favorite appearance for Matt in other series? |

This is very old school, but I genuinely enjoyed Matt's guest starring appearances on the original Defenders. As sales of his book declined, it was actually very likely for a while that he would end up a Defender (and, obviously, he's thought of a Defender these days because of Netflix).
There's a Daredevil guest appearance fighting the Mandrill (that follows up from Steve Gerber's run) where he's also defending Kyle Richmond (Nighthawk) from tax fraud charges. It's definitely the Daredevil of the era, but it's fun all around.
In more modern times, I love his role in Superior Iron Man. The sight curing plot/deal with the devil is not entirely new, but having Matt go up against Iron Man works really well. _________________ Matt Murdock's cooler twin brother
Not sure what to read next? Check out the Book Club for some ideas!
I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!

Does that Civil War 2 one-shot called "The Accused" count?
I have to echo Mike Murdock's statement about Superior Iron Man. That was a lot of fun. |

I second the Civil War 2 "The Accused" one shot (Matt was also in the Civil War 2 “The Fallen” one shot) and third Superior Iron Man. Matt and Tony should interact more often if they can maintain that level of storytelling.
I’d also recommend:
• The Great Fear arc in Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme #38-40: The stakes are dire as Stephen needs The Man Without Fear.
• The Death of Jean DeWolff arc in Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man #107-110: If you want to see why a lot of people enjoy Matt and Peter’s friendship, this is a good place to start.
• Punisher War Journal (1988) #2-3 and The Trial of the Punisher. Aside from Garth Ennis (who hates all superheroes except Superman and writes them accordingly), Daredevil is well written in any Punisher material as Matt will be the moral center of the story representing traditional heroism. Frank’s writers use Matt effectively because they understand that’s not Frank’s role, even if the Punisher wins a given confrontation. |
