Looking towards marvels end of the year event it seems a major character is going to be murdered and i think there’s a chance it could be daredevil. Marvel have confirmed he’s part of the event but have also given us a wealth of promotional images showing the aftermath of the killing, none of which feature him but some of which do show an obscured male body. Most other notable heroes are present somewhere within these images. On top of this a preview for the first issue landed a couple of days ago showing a super powered individual spot daredevil and elektra training on a roof and draw his guns.
Do you think marvel will kill him off? And if so would it annoy you to have him survive a story arc called “the death of daredevil” only to die a year later? |

Fortunately, DD survived!
For anyone tracking DD appearances for this event, here's how it broke out:
Marvel Comics #1000: "The Devil's Brand" 1-page short story by Joe Quesada & Kevin Nowlan.
Marvel Comics #1001: "The Devil and the Darkness" 1-page short story by Declan Shalvey.
Incoming #1: Second chapter (4 pages) by Chip Zdarsky & Jorge Fornes featuring DD & Elektra.
From here, it continues into the main Empyre event. |
