In the movie Dogboys, there is a scene where 2 prison inmates are reading comics and one of them is reading an issue of Daredevil. I couldn't tell which issue, but it was from the "Edge" imprint.

Daredevil has recently appeared in New Avengers #47, which shows a flashback of the moments immediately preceeding DD and gang breaking inside the Yakuza's hideout in DD #59.

The issue numbers you need for Wolverine "Enemy of the State" where DD appeared is #23 and #24. Also in Wolverine #42(Civil War), Danny Rand as DD was with the other heroes at the Baxter building discussing the Registration.

Here are other things that might help with the Appearances section.

-Daredevil/Bullseye: The Target Number #1 is not on it.

-Bullesye:The Greatest Hits #4

-Daredevil Noir is only 4 issues. The list has #5

-You list non-continuity appearances like Darkdevil in the M2 line, and Daredevil Noir. So, I thought you should list others as well like Powerless #1 - #6 and also in 1602 #1, #3, #4, and #5. I have to check out the other issues where he appeared. Those are the only ones of 1602 I have so far.

-In New Avengers #37, DD had a very small cameo, in #39 DD appeared to Echo, but it was actually a Skrull, in #45 Matt Murdock was with the other heroes attacking the House of Magnus, and he was in two pages of #47 not just one page.

-As Matt Murdock, he appeared i House of M #5, #6, #7. Very small cameos but it was our man Matt Murdock nonetheless.

-In The Pulse #13, DD help Ben Urich get D-Man out of the sewers.

-Danny Rand as DD also appeared in Civil War #7.

-DD was in the wraparound cover of Astonishing Tales #1 but no stories of him on the interior.

-In the Ultimate universe. Ultimate Daredevil is in Ultimate Elektra #1 - #5.

I got myself the Premiere ed of Marvel 1602 just now. Matt Murdoch appeared in issue #'s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.

Matt Murdock appears in War Machine vol.2 #11.

DD appears in New Avengers Vol. 2 #1 in the background as Steve Rogers and Luke Cage converse about who or what constitutes an Avenger or something or another.

Daredevil has been showing up in the background in any Avengers crowdshot since Bendis got the books. He never does or says anything it just serves to point out that they don't care about DD's continuity.

He does speak in Fallen Son or sun or whatever that crappy comic was called.

References to Daredevil (also Spider-Man, Deadpool, Black Panther) occur in Chapter 2 of Season 4 in the TV series, Castle. Also get the comic Daredevil (Vol. II) 65. All for a character who acts as a superhero costume inspired by the aforementioned heroes.

and yes. DD appears in Thunderbolts # 100 in a reimpresion annual '97.

Matt Murdock has a cameo in Edge of Spider-Verse #2 out today.


(Can't say I care for how he's being used, as he appears to be working for the Kingpin in this alternate universe. Since he's only got one page in the comic, if "Spider-Gwen" was an ongoing book, I'd be less concerned, because I could easily believe that he was working for Kingpin by day and using his knowledge to attack Fisk's businesses as Daredevil by night. The problem is, all we have is this one page and while my 'head-canon' says he's undercover, there is nothing in context to bear it out. But yes. An appearance.)

I have some detailed appearance notes that I'll share in a future post once I've sorted them out, but a "Buyer's Beware" public service note on Hawkeye: Freefall #4. The cover features DD vs. Hawkeye with a big "Daredevil Strikes!" banner, but the interior only has 2 pages of DD and he's merely... talking to Hawkeye! Total bait-and-switch, unless DD will make a larger appearance in the final 2 issues and Marvel mixed up the covers.
