There was a Nocenti story with a good plot involving court action : the company Kelco was responsible of blinding a boy and Matt helped to win the case against Foggy (he couldn't plead, beeing disbarred, but provided the speech for another lawyer)
During Last Rites, I think DD provides stuff to the DA in order to bring down the Kingpin.
In the beginning of the Bendis run, Matt wins a case and get a lot of money he'll later use for Hell's Kitchen.
I think in the sollicitations they say Matt's gonna have to defend Milla at the courtroom, so we might get more court "action".
Or maybe Spidey will take the case ? Nah, he won't be ready in time, he needs "One More Day"... (sorry)
