Fantastic Four #539 - In my personal opinion this has been one of the best Civil War tie-ins. *SPOILERS* From the return of Docter Doom to the set up of the return of Thor. JMS really knows how to tear up the first family.

Uncanny X-Men #477 - Like most of Brubakers work I absoleutly love this run and it's only 2 issues in with 10 more to go in this arc. This is right now right next to Astonishing even this early on.

Detective Comics #822 - I loved all of Paul Dini's work on the different DC animated shows and his first issue (#821) was awesome. It was a great mystery that was all said and done in one issue. Now with the return of a "reformed" Riddler it would be hard to pass this one up.

Off the top of my head, I am quite excited about Mouse Guard #4 this week. 'Tec #822 and Ex Machina too!

Of course, one of the "bibles" of comics comes out this week "Absolutized." I can't wait to pick up my Kingdom Come!

I've never read Kingdom Come - is it as great as everyone makes out? Will I 'get' it if I don't know much about DC comics?

Detective #822 - Keeping Detective on my pull list pleased me greatly after I read the last issue. Now I'm pleased I picked up the Riddler arc in Legends of the Dark Knight last year. I always like Riddler arcs though it does depend on the quality of the puzzles.

Ex Machina #22 - The last issue was very encouraging about the book going forward. This book had lost its way but looked to aim back into the greatness it often produced in the past. This issue will be the first indicator if it really is headed back that way.

USM #98 - Though this book has lost the sparkle it once had, it's still the best and least frustrating Spider-man book. I can't believe it's rolling into issue 100. A lot of time has passed since I snagged issue #8.

Y The Last Man #48 - Exactly a year to go on this series. Seriously, if you aren't reading this series I don't know what to tell you. You simply need to be reading this book as it comes down the home stretch.
