Anybody live close enough to Dallas to go to CAPE 3? Last year was such a great time, and I've been asked back for Free Comic Book Day festivities at Zeus Comics this Cinco de Mayo.

If you've never been, Zeus Comics won the Eisner for Best Comic Retailer in 2006. Great store, fun guys!

They pitch a huge circus tent in the parking lot and it's all FREE! They even have comic goody bags for the kids. A family event that just keeps on with the good times.

They also have an art jam at a local watering hole after the event closes on Saturday night. Mark your calendar: May 5th, Dallas.

Update: David Mack will be at CAPE 3!

Not only will we have David Mack, but also Jim Mahfood, Dave Crosland, Andy Lee, and a shipload of other people at the Live Art night on May 4, in Dallas.

Free Comic Book Day will follow on Saturday, May 5, with big tents out in the parking lot in front of Eisner-award winning Zeus Comics.

It would be great if some of you guys would be able to make it to CAPE 3.

The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.
