I've often heard that his healing factor makes him incapable of getting drunk. Yet I see him drinking a lot through out the comics. What do you think?

It depends on who's writing the story... and whether the plot needs Wolvie drunk or not...

Exactly. In the Claremont-Miller miniseries, Logan is clearly hammered and I think he may have even passed out. In his ongoing series, it seemed that he would give anything to get drunk, but his healing factor would work quicker than he could down 'em.
