Hey guys. Are the Defenders issues when Daredevil was a member worth reading? Which runs are the best? Does Matt play a significant role on this team, or is he marginalized? I usually hate team books, but I was going to do this just to read some more DD. What do you think? _________________ Middle Class Fabulous |

As I remember it, Daredevil has never been a regular member of the Defenders. He made several appearances as a guest star.
The only one example I can think of is Giant Size Defender #3.
In this story, Daredevil saves the Earth !
It's kinda cool but it doesn't really fit today's noirish DD-style.
So if you love all the eras of DD, try him in the Defenders, if you only like the urban vigilante, stay away from them... _________________ Visit the Red Shaker |

No cool villains in that story.
The main villain is the Grandmaster and the Defenders are regrouped in teams of two versus two other "gladiators".
Daredevil teams up with Namor. They're fighting against a shapeless creature and a kind of lizard... _________________ Visit the Red Shaker |
