The list is pretty much accurate, with Red Skull #1 and Mr Fear (the presence of the Hood is in my opinion premature, as it's still too early to say if he's a big villain).
But I'm mostly surprised that it doesn't feature the main villain of One More Day: Joe Quesada.

Is that really true? Even a guy without flamboyant powers like DD can stand toe-to-toe with Wolverine.

Mary-Sued baddies can go Toe-to-Toe with Galactus

This list was made by marvel. The 17 year old intern who was forced to make this list knows who butters his bread. Smile

Wolverine has the greatest jobber aura in MU, everyone from Thanos to Silver Surfer to Lobo has jobbed to Logan. The fact that Hood had Logan job to him is quite impressive. His jobber aura is strong.

Besides 2007 was a slow year for villains, besides Mr. Fear, Ultron, the Red Skull, the Hood and a bunch of X-villains, no villain did anything of note. Most were either punching bags or government slaves, notice how heavy hitters like Doom and any of the Spidey rogues didn't make the list.

Anyway it is good to see other DD villains besides Kingpin and Bullseye get respect. I think Cranston does have elements of both KP and Bulls in him, he is cunning, sadistic, single minded, obsessive and a fairly good planner. he is more of schemer than Bullseye, but lacks Kingpin's grand and more objective view of things, ultimately all he cares about his making Matt suffer, everything else is irrelevant to him. Fisk had goals besides that, so while Cranston is more cunning than Bullseye, he shares a similar single minded drive for revenge with Bullseye as well.

Kingpin would never release a drug as dangerous as cranston no fear drug, it would be bad for business, only an obessive maniac would do something like that. Cranston uses some of Kingpin's methods, but ultimately shares Bullseye's psychopathic drive, which makes him a dangerous foe.
