I need some help with a practical joke on my son.
His birthday is coming up. Both my son and I are Daredevil fans.
For his birthday, I was able to get a Near Mint copy of Daredevil #1, with the Authentix cover from 1998.
He also collects volume 1 of Daredevli. As a gag, I wanted grab one or two of the cheesiest covers from volume 1 as gag gifts. (Since he collects volume 1, it's not a total gag...)
After he opens up these, I will give him the DD#1.
Plus, I thought this would make a fun topic!
Thanks in advance,
Tom |

Cheesy? Anything from about 309 to 318 would qualify, especially the one with the Surgeon General and that hat that looks like a cupcake paper on her head. He might already have some of them in that range though, so do you have any more specific time frame of Volume 1? _________________ Alice

Older DD's from the 60s/70s will feature dated covers that may come off as cheesy now. You could probably find one with DD fighting off Stilt Man with a word bubble expressing how dire his situation may be. |

Thanks for the replies!
I am going to check those issues out later tonight and pick something up.
I appreciate it!
