Some updates from Diamond today related to DAREDEVIL.
DAREDEVIL #14 was originally scheduled for March 18th and is now shipping March 25th.
DAREDEVIL #15 was originally April 15th, and now is April 29th.
DAREDEVIL #15.1 was originally April 29th, and has been pushed to May 20th.
I'll update the site to reflect these changes tonight. _________________ Kuljit Mithra

Do we know the reason? It seems that we're having more delays than usual, don't forget the Slipcase Book for the series that is delayed till September! _________________

I have to say that its a bit of a bummer to see that DD #15 won't be hitting the shops on the 1st Wednesday after the tv show airs. All those shops will have to turn away the millions of new DD readers ready to line up outside.

There are ways around that. We all hope that #14 will have sold out, but it's been my experience in my pre-digital days that even titles like Spider-Man and Batman often had 2 or 3 months of issues on the rack.
Prominent displays of DD trades.
Maybe displaying some of the older back issues behind the counter.
If people are lining up for more DD, it won't be like only the newest stuff will satisfy.
Speaking as someone who came on-board with Vol 3 #18 and then spent about a year and a half catching up on about 50 years worth of history (less the gaps in the Vol 1 digitals). |

Yeah, the delays suck, but it's not a disaster. Shops wanting to capitalise on hype around the Netflix show would likely be better served with displays of the rich selection of GNs available, particularly since Daredevil is arguably the Marvel character with the deepest back catalogue of quality stories in this format. |
