It looks like Daredevil's secret ID will be restored soon, but even before Daredevil's ID became public knowledge most of DD's supporting cast knew (Foggy, Karen Page, etc) and many of the villains he fought knew as well (Kingpin, Mr. Fear, Typhoid Mary, Mysterio, etc).

So who should know DD's secret ID?

I think Foggy should (unless they're on opposite sides - i.e., he's a defense attorney, then I go back and forth on this)
I think Karen should if she's alive
Elektra should (I'm assuming she's alive)
Black Widow should (a handful of other heroes probably should too)
I think the Kingpin probably should

The one I go back and forth on is Lawrence Cranston. I think Mr. Fear should know Daredevil's identity only if Matt knows his identity. If he doesn't, that could be a fun lawyer rivalry on top of the superhero fighting.

That's it, though, imo.
