|
|
I'm slowly collecting all of DD Volume 1 and probably have 60 of the first 100 issues.
I'd like to only store the comics in a single mylar sleeve (with no flap/tape keeping them "air tight".). There is about an inch and a half lip on the mylar sleeve.
I'm not buying expensive copies...usually good to fine and I'm not collecting for any long term investment.
So, is there any problem with storing them in a sleeve but no inner polypropylene bag taped shut?
Thanks,

I am about 30 issues away from a complete run. I need to upgrade to mylar soon. I really like he idea of the sleeves for the ease of getting to the books without dealing with tape. Most of my issues are "reader copies" and I like to read them. But without sealing bags, pages will be more exposed to oxygen and will continue to yellow. So I guess it's at your own risk. I would be interested in other opinions. |
