Here's how the House of Ideas came up with Elekra's legacy #100 numbering:

When legacy numbering began, Marvel only including monthlies, but have expanded to mini-series in recent years for titles like Venom and Iron Fist. Elektra's seems to have the most mathematical gymnastics to date as it not only includes mini-series but one-shots and -- for what might be a first -- graphic novels that aren't even traditional comics... try and stick that it your long box!
