Well, If I knew how to post spoilers on this board (without making it look like the cheesey "black letters" that reveal themselves when someone quotes me anyway, I'd be a bit more open with the revealation.

Sorry, I've had the spoiler tag in the past but everytime I have coded it (it's not part of the software), they go and update the software, which completely overwrites everything...

I'd suggest just post what you want and mark it as a spoiler like you usually would. Also maybe change the title of the thread to include *SPOILERS* in it.

However, why does the new DD issue comming out have a cover of the two DD's duking it out? I mean if the imposter DD is who Deadpool is implying...why would those two ever be at odd with one another?

Maybe Matt isn't in on who the other DD is...? You think his enhanced senses would figure it out quickly enough though.

Everything, since the fake DD was introduced, has been leading to a showdown between Matt and the fake DD. And, it all has pointed to the last issue of Bru's first arc. Everything hints at a showdown. Thus, it doesn't make sense that the fake DD would be someone he considers an ally. It's ridiculous that Matt would fight someone like Iron Fist for impersonating him. At the very least, if it were someone like Iron Fist, you would think that Matt would assume that Danny was trying to show that Matt isn't DD, afterall, how can Matt, the accused, be DD if "Daredevil" is still out there busting crime? So, if it is an ally, it makes no sense for a physical showdown since Matt's senses would KNOW who it is.

How many covers have you seen in all of your years of collecting comics that don't represent an ounce of the action within the book itself. The Daredevil's duel cover is probably nothing more than a pretty cover. It doesn't mean they're actually going to fight.

II. Multiple Man's the fake Daredevil?

Just bustin'.

But the "more than one Daredevil" idea is very plausible and the reason I like it is because it shows more a community among the superheroes. Each taking turns helping to cover Matt Murdock's tracks. However, I think it's a cheap way to tell readers and speculators that we were wrong in our single imposter theories. This is why I don't want it to be who it is. I would've rathered it was one guy who had a personal encounter with Matt, that would give more of an emotional impact. Instead we get: "I fought alongside you one time because my friend asked me to help out. Marvel thought my costume was too lame so they had me throw on your costume and I'm such a nice guy I figured I'd bail you out while you were in jail."
