After seeing the lousy postal treatment good Ol' Hornhead has received I said to myself "Enough is enough".

This is no time to wail and whine in a corner.
This is a time to raise up in arms.
A course of action must be taken.
Up and at 'em: they're few and cowardly!

Let's retaliate: We shall make our own Daredevil stamps!! whether with colour crayons, scissors and glue or photoshop, we'll show them how to make the best friggin' DD stamps on Earth, Bilbao and other foreign places.

For starters, I'll propose the DD Stamp I'd like to see myself stuck on a letter.

It is of course devoted to the guy who, although he may not be the man some / girls think of as handsome / to my heart he carries the key... The best attorney at law in the Marvel Universe, our own Caffeine Romeo, the one and only Foggy Nelson:

Will you join the fight? Get up, stand up, post up your stamps!

See? We could have saved the USPS a lot of money and time figuring out the designs for these stamps, and would have done a better job. Laughing

Sorry, don't have time to put the 41 cent thing. Besides, this stamp is for bulk packages only.

Seriously, an image seach confirms what I've always said. Wow.

Now, back to the stamps.

Thanks Darediva! Those are gorgeous stamps!

Indeed. They should have looked in the right places

Wow! Thanks for that! Very Happy

(We must show that Nelson has a solid, loving and passionate fanbase: it may help future writers to avoid the temptation of killing him again! Wink )

Now another stamp devoted to Marvel's top reporter: Ben Urich (The Pulitzer prize bit is wishful thinking, but I think you'll agree with me that the guy fully deserves it)

Laughing Laughing Will be perfect for one of those Omnibus editions

Mmmh... Quesada? Apes? I don't know how you came with such association of ideas Wink

I see the beginnings of a terrifying alliance.

And just like that Alice officially puts the official Marvel stamp to sad, sad, shamey shame. Man, that's awesome.

As Harryhausen says: Top of the crop! I'd love to see that one on a letter... And, as Castle says, the official stamp really sucks in comparison Cool

Laughing Tremble, ye mortals, there's a sisterhood on the loose Wink

I continue with stamps devoted to DDs supporting cast. In this case, one to the memory of the late Glorianna O'Breen, plucky Daily Bugle photoreporter, and the girl who preferred Foggy over Matt! (Wasn't that a milestone event?). She'll be sorely missed

I suspect you left the moiré effect on purpose on that.

My favourite so far is Darediva's, the one based on the "golden age" cover.

Mine, too. It's an awesome rendition of it Smile
