Wha? What kind of Latin is that supposed to be, J.M. Straczinsky? "Ancient" remains untranslated?
Succurro means "I help"! (help as an imperative plural should be "succurrite")
"Quod succuro" means "what I help", it should've been "et succurrite" to be translated as "And help..."
Please marvel writers, drop Latin and stick with "Miftana Fantadada" for the future.
Edited: corrected. Fault was mistakenly attributed to J.Quesada.

They have not necessarily to drop the usage of Latin in comics... But i think that they could afford to e-mail an scholar to check the textes (same goes with usage of foreign languages).
Or mayber Quesada was once an altar boy and he thinks it suffices with knowing a few Latin sentences from the Mass to write Stephen Strange's hocus-pocus?
Kyrie Eleison... (Aw wait, that is Greek!) _________________ Gloria

While blaming Quesada for things is a favourite hobby of mine, One More Day is written by J. Michael Straczynski. Shouldn't he shoulder most of the blame for this? |

Whoops! You're right! I've been entirely mistaken!
I have wronged someone, even if I'm not entirely sympathetic to the guy, I have wronged him whithout motive: mea culpa, mea culpa, mea gravissima culpa
As an act of penance I'll re-read "Daredevil:Father" _________________ Gloria

Well, check this out:
http://www.newsarama.com/general/JunotDIaz/OMDDelays.html
Judging fom this, and from that one cover where a hand in a red glove is seen holding a fragment depicting Spidey and MJ, there are good chances (not really, slightly more than 1/9 in fact) for the person in question to be DD. |

Oh god, I hope it's not Daredevil. Mainly because I take delight in Marvel's recent plunge into the absurd. Here's my reaction to that image (from left to right, top to bottom):
Who is that? - At least there's a movie coming out - Hahah
Loki? Really? - Makes sense - I don't know who that is.
Doesn't make sense - Not again - Sigh. _________________ JC

Yeah, I'm totally off all the Spider-Titles now. I was hanging on to see if this could be good, but after 7-8 issues of almost nothing happening (please, Aunt May - either die or recover), I'm tired of it.
Add Quesada's art (which I don't like at all) and now these delays . . .
Plus, jeez, I don't want to have to buy Spider-Man, like, 3 or 4 times a month. And I liked Aguirre-Sacasa's Sensational and they just thow it over like this.
Hey, now I can spend more on DD back issues.
Oh, and you guys thought the Latin was bad, wait until JMS massacres that Basque passage later . . . |
