Here's a quirk relating to DD comics numerology that I would like to share with you.
The month posted for Volume 1 Issue # 20 is September. The month posted for Volume 2 Issue # 20 is also September. Two different Daredevil sets released some thirty-five years apart with each 20th issue bearing the same month. That's kind of strange, huh?
What makes this numerology stranger? Volume 1 September Issue # 20 was Gene Colan's first story as Daredevil's artist. Volume 2 September Issue # 20 contained Gene Colan's last complete story (to date) as DD's artist (he did the back-up feature).
What makes this even more strange? September 20 is my birthday.

While maybe this thread should have been posted in the off-topic section, this clearly isn't a parody thread and it isn't mocking anyone. If anything it's mocking the whole concept of looking for weird coincidences, which might be something some comic fans engage in. I really wouldn't know about that. *shakes head violently in denial*
I personally think that blacktyphoid posted this only so that we would take note of, and remember, his birthday. _________________ The Other Murdock Papers |

Christine - thank you, well said.

Francesco - you know what they say: "When in Rome...!"

Castle - I think you should check your drinking water because it seems to be rotting away your grey matter.

Hmmm... How about a nice emerald green cashmere sweater to really bring out your skin? And speaking of skin, I'd also go for a loofah brush; Skrulls don't seem to exfoliate nearly often enough.
I know you were hoping for something more exciting, but you'll have to make a list... _________________ The Other Murdock Papers |

This board used to have cooler prominent posters.
What are we left with? Winks, smilies, stunted awkward social interchanges, and jokes taken literally.
When I have time, I'm doing a State of the Board in the Off-Topic section.
It's like you think I'm not reading or something. |

It's like you think we care. (Okay, I admit that was lower than I usually go, but you asked for it). _________________ The Other Murdock Papers |

Yeah, tell it like it is, Stan. Go open a masturbatory topic in the Off Topic section so that someone can go there to jump in and do his crybaby act. |
