As reported in the news section on this very site on July 17th, Bowen Designs is producing a new action style pose Daredevil statue. Just to refresh, here is the preliminary sketch...

Well, yesterday Randy put up this collage of pics of the preliminary sculpt that he is working on.

I'm psyched about this piece and it looks great so far. Randy has said that this will be produced in the red suit, yellow suit and more than likely the black suit as a club exclusive.

Some color mock-ups....

Just to confirm, there will be a red version, yellow version and 99.9% there will be an armored(black) version.

Here are the latest and final pics of the trio of Daredevil statues being released by Bowen Designs. Incidentally, there was talk of making one of these exclsive to Bowen members, but after some feedback on the issue Randy Bowen decided to release all 3 versions through Diamond.

Any idea when those are going to come out? I really want to get that one of the armoured costume version of DD. I would like to get mine in pre order to hopefully save myself a few bucks anyways before the price goes throught the roof after it comes out.

Jim,

All three statues are now available for pre-order from Bowen Deigns website http://bowendesigns.com/sculptures.asp. However, all three will also be available for order from Diamond through Previews probably sometime in late spring, the statues are scheduled for release summer 2009.

Just an update on these statues. They have arrived at Bowen Designs and will begin shipping soon. Some have already received the Red and Armored versions through Sideshow Collectibles because they receive them directly from from the manufacturer just like Bowen does.

I just received notification from Bowen Designs that I will be receiving my exclusive yellow Daredevil statue next Friday and I will be receiving the red and armored versions the following Friday. I am sooo excited.

The Message Board is currently in read-only mode, as the software is now out of date. Several features and pages have been removed. If/When I get time I intend to re-launch the board with updated software.
