So... if there was such a thing as a DAREDEVIL Hall of Fame award... who gets to be the first inductee? Is it Miller? Is it Lee? Someone more recent?
For me, it's Colan. _________________ Kuljit Mithra

While Colan is a great choice, my first inductee would have to be Frank Miller. I don't think Daredevil would have had an audience at all over the past 30 years if it wasn't for him. |

I think Lee would have to be first, followed by Colan. Miller third. |

For me it's Miller. Lee and Colan did a great job and I think overall DD has had some of the best writers and artists. |

Usually the inaugural class of a hall of fame is a few people...
I would go with Miller, Colan and Lee.
But if I had to pick one -- Frank Miller is the guy.
The second "class" would be John Romita Sr., Brian Bendis, and Alex Maleev.
Peace,
Tom |

Ahh, if this thing were to become an annual event...
1st year - Stan Lee, Gene Colan, Frank Miller
2nd year - Roy Thomas, Brian Bendis, Klaus Janson
3rd year - Bob Brown, Tom Palmer, Alex Maleev |

Kevin Smith for making DD a top ten book, which I dont think anyone else on the list managed? _________________ when walking just walk, when sitting just sit, above all don't wobble. |

Er, apart from Miller who made it the best selling book during his first run I think. I'm sure at some point during that run in the early 80's it was outselling X Men.
I like Guardian Devil, quite a bit actually, but Smith will have to apologise for the debacle of 'Daredevil:Target' before he gets any nomination from me.
Actually, the first issue of target was sooooo bad, maybe we should be grateful there is no No.2 and vote him the tops!! |

I agree with Janson, but also Mazzucchelli. And, though it may seem strange, I would even consider Denny O Neil. His short run is actually one of my favourites. |

i would most certainly start with Lee, Colan and Miller, I would also add Everett, Wood, Mazzuchelli and Conway. The later because in his run he had DD move to San Francisco and it is one of my favorite runs. _________________ www.comicgeekspeak.com
