Everyone seems very confident about the writing and directing of this series. This bodes well with me, because what I originally gleaned from the live blogging and tweets was that it was going to be a major slugfest. I want story, character development. Sounds like that's what we'll get.
Oh, nice to hear that the cast had read some of the comics, too. All hail Alex Maleev!
