From what I understood from interviews, filming had already completed when that Sony/Marvel deal was reached, so that's why it's still Daily Bulletin. Marvel can use Daily Bugle now if they want, I guess.

It also would have required a change in the ending of the story or a really sleezy Daily Bugle.
