I voted for the constitution party. I don't think it's as extreme as that but I think he believes his actions to be morally right.

What about anarchist where it is the duty of the people to police themselves instead of relying on a hegemonical government? Emma Goldman anarchists instead of Johnny Rotten anarchists.

I think that Frank would not vote, he would feel he would be drawing himself out into the open by going to a polling station, it would be an unnecessary risk!

Otherwise, I think that he personally has extreme views, but actually is a decent family man, who wants to protect the rest of the world from the evil he has suffered. I think that he would have voted for Bush if he had to, but don't think he would draw himself out!
