I have never read or seen anything with Nightwing in it, my sum of NW knowledge is that it is Dick Grayson.
Knowing that NW is a former acrobat, and know little of his fighting skills, I'll very pitifully go for DD as he has his ninja training, acrobatics will come with that. At hand to hand combat I'd say that DD will have the edge.
Being as they will never meet, try and refute my shallow baseless opinion!!!!

i dont know about that, NW is second only to Batman in fighting skills, though DD would still have the edge of dodging attacks cause of his super sense i would still like to see it

...sorry, I had to, but it's still true, she'd school Nightwing like a small child. 
Daredevil would have a heck of a time with her. She might even beat him. |

Agreed. After all, we're talking about the guy who can clean-up Superman and pretty much anyone else he wants. Best of all, he's just a human. |

Is that even a contest? Nightwing is cool and all, but he's no Daredevil. Although the Nightwing action figure from the Hush line is pretty darn spiffy. I just might need to pick one up.
