Or maybe they are hat pins...whatever. I now have 3, and this is the one I got today. Says Planet Studios, 1992, Marvel on the back. It has a coppery base rather than a gold tone one.
This was the first one I found on ebay about 6 months ago. Dated 1989 on the back. It also has a coppery base.
And this one has history: it was worn at the press preview of the DD movie. Not by me, but by a wonderful friend. Dated 1990 on the back. It has a gold tone base.
I know there are others out there. I'd love to see them.

I have a very vague memory of seeing some of those before, I'd love to get some of those and put them on my jean jacket.  They're all very cool but I think I like the third one the best.

It's my fave, too. I'm getting ready to do a thread painting embroidery of DD on the back of a jeans jacket for myself before I go to the Mighty Mini Con. The hard part is deciding what I want to do on it.

Hi Alice, I'd be interested to see your DD embroidery when it's done, especially after seeing your great work on the DD quilts.
I think I'll try to find some of those pins on ebay sometime myself.
