02/06 - [Irwin Allen Daredevil]
Here's something you may not have known... apparently in 1983, Columbia Pictures asked Producer Irwin Allen to develop a Daredevil TV show. Allen, who you may know from LOST IN SPACE and THE TOWERING INFERNO, got Tony Kayden (LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, THE WALTONS) to write a pilot. It was 65 pages long and titled "Blinded by the Light". The cover of the script had issue #200's cover by Byrne/Austin cut out and pasted on it. Judging by some of the sites online that I found, there only seems to be 2 copies of this out there. Allen passed away in 1991. I will see if I can get in contact with Tony Kayden.
