Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige has been doing a lot of interviews for Iron Man 3, and has been revealing quite a bit about character rights.
Elektra's rights have been undetermined, as reports came out last year that her rights were still with FOX... so Collider asked Feige today about it:
Elektra is part of the Daredevil contract, I believe. I believe, don't quote me on that, I'd have to check with legal and it would take a long time and I'd have to get on the phone with business affairs, but I think she's included under the Daredevil rights agreement."
