It appears Marvel and Netflix have surprised everyone by releasing a short teaser for season 2 at the Comic Con Experience show in Brazil yesterday.
User "cherryvane" on Tumblr was there, as Netflix panel guests were shown a scene with Daredevil vs Punisher.
