Big Apple Con is coming in March and there are some special Netflix Daredevil guests at the show. The organizers of the show got in touch to let me know about those guests.

Stan Lee, the creator of Marvel Comics, is coming to Big Apple Convention. Over the years, Stan Lee has been responsible for some of your favorite Marvel creations. In collaboration with several artists, including Bill Everett, Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, he created Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Daredevil, Thor, the X-Men, Avengers, Ant-Man, Silver Surfer, Black Panther, and many more!
To this day, Stan remains heavily involved in the comic book community, appearing at conventions nationwide. You can catch him at Big Apple Convention this March.

Big Apple Convention proudly welcomes Frank Miller, appearing only on Sunday, March 12th.
Miller first gained notice when he took over the Daredevil title in the 1980s, instantly turning the lead character from a B-list superhero into the hard-edged protector of Hell’s Kitchen, then one of New York City’s most crime-ridden neighborhoods. The supporting characters of Kingpin, Bullseye, and Elektra made it so that Miller’s run would be deemed the definitive version of Daredevil.
In 1986, Miller set his sights on Batman, revamping the character with Batman: The Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year One. Though the grim and gritty take is considered a cliché now, at the time it was revolutionary, cementing Batman as a much different character from the rest of the DC Universe.
Though Frank Miller did not create either Daredevil or Batman, were it not for his stories, the characters would not be who they are today. Miller would later go on to write Ronin, 300, and Sin City, the latter two having been adapted into feature films.

Daredevil Cast
NYC's Big Apple Convention welcomes the cast of Marvel's Daredevil. Coming from Netflix's landmark television series are actors Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Geoffrey Cantor (Mitchell Ellison), Peter Shinkoda (Nobu Yoshioka), Gideon Emery (Anatoly Ranskahov), and @Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle / The Punisher—only appearing on Sunday).

Elden Henson is coming to NYC's Big Apple Convention!! Henson is currently famous for the Netflix TV series Marvel's Daredevil, in which he plays Foggy Nelson, a role he will reprise in the upcoming Marvel's The Defenders. Henson has also appeared as Pollux in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, portrayed Doomsday in Max Landis's The Death and Return of Superman, and played Fulton Reed in The Mighty Ducks trilogy.

Geoffrey Cantor comes to NYC's Big Apple Convention!!! Cantor is a prolific actor, having had appearances on House of Cards, The Blacklist, The Americans, The Sopranos, and all four of the Law & Order series. To comic fans, Cantor as known for playing journalist Mitchell Ellison in Marvel's Daredevil (also appearing from that show are Elden Henson and Peter Shinkoda).

Big Apple Convention welcomes Gideon Emery from Marvel’s Daredevil!
Emery is talented film and voice actor. His is most known for his Teen Wolf, where he played season 3’s main antagonist Deucalion. Emery also appeared on Netflix’s hit Daredevil series as Anatoly Ranskahov—a role he played in two season 1 episodes, “Into the Ring” and “In the Blood.” Emery is also an in-demend motion capture performer and can be seen and heard in the games Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Battlefield 3, and Halo Wars 2, all of which also use his likeness.

APPEARING ONLY ON SUNDAY is our latest guest Jon Bernthal!!
Bernthal made himself famous to the superhero community by his performance as Frank Castle aka The Punisher in season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix. Prior to that he appeared as Shane Walsh on The Walking Dead on AMC. Bernthal will reprise the role of The Punisher in the character's own solo series, @Marvel's The Punisher, appearing on Netflix later this year. But before you see him there, you can catch him first at Big Apple Convention!!
Bernthal will only be appearing on Sunday, March 12, where he will be signing autographs and doing photo ops.

Big Apple Convention welcomes Peter Shinkoda to our convention!! Mr. Shinkoda is best known for playing Nobu Yoshioka in Marvel's Daredevil, Dai in the TNT Drama Falling Skies, and Ferrian in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and its spinoff Masked Rider. Shinkoda has also had appearances on The L Word, Stargate SG-1, Mortal Kombat: Legacy, Godzilla, and many more!
