Daredevil #42

Later that night, outside a club, two men and a woman are in a limo. The men are negotiating a drug deal for MGH, Mutant Growth Hormone. Before the deal is finalized, Daredevil lifts the limo up and tips it over (which Bendis has acknowledged in later interviews that DD shouldn't be able to do this...). DD goes after the drug dealer and gets the Owl's location out of him.

At his warehouse, the Owl receives word that DD is on his way there. Anad tries to convince Owl not to say or do anything... a plan is underway...

DD smashes through a window and heads straight for the Owl... but Anad says "I'm sorry Mr. Murdock, you are trespassing on private property." DD throws his billy club and smashes a video camera. DD knows that they are trying to blackmail him. Anad tries to call the police, but DD grabs a tape recorder out of Anad's jacket... and he says "You keep calling me Murdock... you clearly have me mistaken for somebody else." Just as quickly, DD leaves.

At Uri Rosenthal's house, Mr. Ingersol discusses the Murdock case with him. Ingersol thinks a settlement would probably be the best scenario now, as their case looks doomed to fail... Murdock could end up owning the Daily Globe if they lose. Rosenthal asks Ingersol to leave so he can think about what to do...

Outside the law office, Matt and Jessica Jones are harassed by a reporter. Inside, Matt is informed of a new client... it's Milla. Matt tries to pretend he doesn't know her, but Milla proclaims "You saved my life." She touches Matt's face and there is silence between them...

Back at Rosenthal's house, he is swimming when he notices someone by the poolside.
