A frustrated actor with a flair for the dramatic, Jonathon Powers eventually applied his various talents towards criminal activity, initiating crime sprees throughout the city. The Jester, with his elaborate and high profile schemes, always incorporated toys and carnival type devices in his crimes, usually opting for some form of media attention to feed his actor's ego. Easily considered one of Daredevil's most twisted foe, he sought many times to undermine Daredevil's integrity and reputation with the public through the most incredible and detailed plans, often utilizing the newspaper and television medias to aid him in attaining these goals. The Jester will most definitely go down in Daredevil history as one of the most flamboyant villains ol' Hornhead has ever had to face. Was recently released from prison in the Playing to the Camera arc by Bob Gale.
